Robert B. Wareham

Mr. Wareham has experience few other attorneys can offer: he spent many years working in high technology sales and marketing before receiving his law degree.  He has a thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and incorporates this knowledge into all of his family law and criminal defense cases.

Mr. Wareham is a three-time recipient of the Best Attorney award from the Colorado Community Newspaper Annual Reader Survey.  He is the Past Chair for the Solo/Small Firm Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Past Chair for the Arapahoe County Bar Association Technology Committee.  In 1991, Mr. Wareham received the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing and Research.

Mr. Wareham was a police officer while attending Pacific Union College and remained a fully certified California Peace Officer Standards and Training Designated Level 1 Reserve Peace Officer for more than 20 years. He is an active member in his church and is the Public Information Coordinator for the Colorado Section of the Amateur Radio Relay League. He volunteers on Law Line 9, providing pro bono legal advice, and serves as General Counsel for several non-profit disaster relief organizations. He also speaks with parent groups and civic organizations on the importance of protecting children from online predators.
